Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This website, optifai-solutions.com (the "site"), is operated by Chen Shalom, founder of optifai solutions ("optifai" or "we"). We control the database in which sign-ups are kept.

2. What we collect

Step 1 of the sign-up form: full name, email, phone and role.
Step 2, if you choose to complete it: firm name, firm size, the number of companies you would enroll in the pilot, and your client types.
With your sign-up: the page language and how you reached the site (for example, a link from an ad, or the website that referred you).
On every visit: our hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit.

We do not ask for information about your clients. Please do not include client details in the form.

3. How we use it

To contact you by phone and email about the first cohort of the pilot.
To select the firms that take part in the first cohort and later cohorts.
To send you updates about optifai, if you agreed to receive them.
To understand, in aggregate, which channels bring sign-ups.
To comply with the law.

4. Do you have to provide it

There is no legal obligation to give us any information; it is up to you. Without the details in step 1 we cannot register you or contact you. Step 2 is optional, and you can skip it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or pass it to others for their own use. We share it only:

With service providers that run the site for us, and only as far as needed: Netlify, Inc. (site hosting and sign-up storage), Google LLC (the mailbox that receives a notice of each sign-up) and Porkbun (forwarding of email sent to our address).
When the law requires it.

6. Storage outside Israel

Our service providers store information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States. Transfers are made in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.

7. How long we keep it

We keep sign-up details while they are needed for the pilot cohorts and for contacting you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to secure the information, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. Access to sign-ups is limited to the people who need it to contact you.

9. Your rights

To review the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981).
To ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the law).
To ask us to remove your details from the sign-up list.

Send requests to privacy@optifai-solutions.com. We will reply within 30 days.

10. Email updates

We send updates only if you ticked the consent box in the form, in line with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed by email.

11. Cookies

The site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising and tracking tools. All of the site's files, including its fonts, load from our own server and not from third parties. If you use the accessibility menu, your choices are saved only in your own browser and are not sent to us. If we add such tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

12. Minors

The site is intended for professionals, not for minors under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be published on the site.
